Recycle Right H-Town Campaign

What We Did

  • Campaign & Messaging
  • Logo Design
  • Event Signage / Displays
  • Print and Promotional Design
  • Digital Ad Design

Project Details

Mungo assisted Keep Houston Beautiful in developing and executing a recycling campaign sponsored by Coca Cola. The campaign focused on recycling education for targeted areas of Houston.

We met with their team to establish overall campaign objectives and developed a creative brief for messaging, branding and design elements. These included program logo, canopy tent, outdoor flag, table cloth, t-shirts, reusable shopping bags, postcard mailer, magnet giveaway, targeted digital ads, and factsheet handout. The essence of the campaign captured the targeted demographic with a youthful, Houston proud theme.

Working with Mungo Creative is completely working with a dream team.

KHB Testimonial

"Working with Mungo Creative is completely working with a dream team. Their creative abilities coupled with the utmost of professionalism is exactly what an organization like Keep Houston Beautiful needs, and benefits from. The care, guidance and flexibility provided allows for a client to be an active part of the process on any campaign, design work, and final product. I really appreciate the diversity they offer allowing us to shift from one project to another. It always amazes me how they can take our ideas and “wants” to create a final product far above what we could have ever dreamed of."

Keep Houston Beautiful

Project

Logo Design

Project Details

Keep Houston Beautiful was in need of an updated, modern logo for an organization that had been established since 1979. They needed a logo that would grow with the organization into future years and exemplify the uniqueness of Houston.

We conducted a brand survey with their team prior to starting the design phase. The chosen logo concept represents an actual map of the Greater Houston area via major roadways that connect the city, with the "heart" being the center of Houston where KHB is headquartered. Conceptually, it is also a tree, giving homage to the sustainability efforts which are integral to the organization.
